The cooking at El Txakolí combines both a respect for traditional Basque cuisine and an enriching introduction to the present-day gastronomic trends.
Traditional and nouvelle cuisine are therefore joined hand in hand in our kitchens. We have an extensive seasonal menu that you can enjoy in any of our dining rooms.
